  3. Preparation

  4. Legend Screw Cable Movement Comment

  5. Remove Battery 1. Turn the notebook over. 2. Unlock and hold the latches, and turn over the battery.

  6. Remove Battery - continue 3. Battery is removed.

  7. Remove Bottom Cover Module Remove 7 screws and take the cover away.

  8. Remove Fan Module Memory WLAN HDD ODD Remove 3 screws and 1 cable, then remove Fan module.

  9. Remove Heat Sink Module Memory WLAN HDD ODD Remove 4 screws and take Heat Sink module away.

  10. Remove ODD Module Memory WLAN HDD CPU Remove 1 screw and draw out ODD module.

  11. Remove ODD Module - continued ODD module is drawn out.

  12. Remove Memory Module Memory WLAN HDD CPU Pull two latches and pop the Memory module up to the 45°angles, and then pull out the module in that angle.

  13. Remove HDD Module WLAN CPU Remove 2 screws and pull out the HDD module.

  14. Remove CPU Module WLAN CPU Release the screw with screwdriver and take CPU away.

  15. Remove WLAN Module Remove 1 screw and 2 antennae to take WLAN away.

  16. Remove Keyboard Module 1. Remove 3 screws and turn over the machine.

  17. Remove Keyboard Module - continued 2. Release the locks to turn over the Keyboard.

  18. Remove Keyboard Module - continued 3. Disconnect the cable to remove Keyboard.

  19. Remove Top Cover Module 1. Remove 17 screws and 3 cables then turn over the machine.

  20. Remove Top Cover Module - continued 2. Remove the screw and 3 cables.

  21. Remove Top Cover Module - continued 3. Release the locks and Lift up the Top Cover.

  22. Remove Speaker Module Power Button Touchpad Remove 4 screws to take the Speakers away.

  23. Remove Audio Board and BT Module Mother Board Audio Board Bluetooth Disconnect 2 cables and 2 screws to take the Audio Board and BT device away.

  24. Remove Mother Board Module Mother Board Remove 2 screws to take the Mother Board away.

  25. Remove DC-in & USB Module DC-in USB Remove 1 screw and release the DC-in and USB cable.

  26. Remove LCD Module Remove 4 screws and take the LCD module away.

  27. Disassemble LCD Module Note: Rubber 1 is different with Rubber 2. 1. Remove 6 rubbers and screws then remove the LCD front cover.

  28. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 2. Remove 1 screw each side to lift up the LCD panel.

  29. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 3. Disconnect the cable to take LCD panel away.

  30. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 4. Remove 4 screws each side, then remove the hinges.

  31. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 5. Disconnect the cable and take the camera away.
