Activities of RNase BN in vivo Table S2 Phosphodiesterase activity in the extracts of wild type and mutant E. coli strains- Phosphodiesterase activity was determined as described under “Experimental Procedures” with the addition of cell extracts from wild type and mutant strains containing 900 μg total protein. Phosphodiesterase activity obtained from the extract of wild type strain was set at 100 in each experiment. Values shown are the average of three separate experiments.
