Rationale • The schedule is designed to parallel the secure and controlled manner in which end-of-grade assessments are delivered. • All stakeholders are confident that the data will accurately measure student learning. • Quality data for the newly-adopted teacher effectiveness model is collected.

  5. Schedule (45 minutes For each section)

  6. CTE Common Exams • CTE teachers may administer their own assessment • Proctor • Proctor may not be from the same program area • CTE Teachers will score their own exams • Second scorer will validate the results • Scoring must be in a supervised group of 3 or more • Teacher will enter module scores in Power School • Keep answer documents locked in testing room • Install/Delete files for performance component • Accommodations • Follow student IEPs and 504s

Assessment Specifications and Materials • Test Administrator Manual (Same for all assessments) • See page 8 for test specifics • Student bubble sheets (Different for each assessment) • Complete top of answer sheet before exam day • Tests • Students may not write in the test booklet • Scoring rubric packet (one for each assessment to be scored)
