This is due to extra current between drain and source of the transistors Optimization of amplifier schematics “S6” of Mimosa22/bis MF MLB Low-pass filter ML feedback The most sensitive point for biasing amplifier is the input in Id out Pdiff / Nwell MA signal current Nwell / Pepi Possible solutions Try to vary transistors parameters (>36 versions) to find less dangerous bias point even if the average gain and noise is not affected Put disabling circuit in each pixel – disable noisy pixels by programming by JTAG Modify basic schematics in 3 different ways
