  2. Dear School Families, As we enter into the holiday season, we would like to kick off our season of “Children Giving to Children” with the Coats for Kids Coat Drive. Please help us keep Austin children warm…one coat at time by bringing a new or gently used coat to school and placing it in the CFK collection box in the foyer. Not only do we want to help friends in need but each school in Austin is competing in a coat drive competition. Let’s show Austin what our school can do! Coat Drive Dates: Location of the Coat collection box: Students: To help us get in the spirit of the Coat Drive and “Children Giving to Children” please enter into our Coat Decorating Contest. Please color or decorate the coat on the other side of this flier anyway you like and write down other ways you can help a friend in need. A winner from each grade level will be chosen and a prize will be awarded to each winner! All decorated coats entered will be displayed in the foyer! Please turn decorated coats into your teacher by the end of the coat drive.
