  2. Introduction to HUFA • Association of individually operated 14-team leagues • All leagues follow the same rules • Each league operates independently, and all players are available in each league • Managers may play in multiple leagues

  3. Each league has 14 teams Competition is in head-to-head format Leagues are hosted on Yahoo! Varsity roster is 21 players Junior varsity roster is 25 JV-eligible players Salary cap limits team’s overall salary Scoring categories are G, A, PIM, +/-, PPG, PPA, SHP, SOG, GWG, and FW for skaters Goalie categories are: W, Svs, sv%, GAA, and SHO Player salaries and contracts are based on real NHL salaries and contracts Consult official rulebook for full rules Overview of Rules

  6. Entry Fees and Prizes • All managers pay $20 entry fee to HUFA • Commissioners play for free • Winning team gets $200 and free entry to Champions League • Other teams may also gain entry to Champions League

Champions League • Top teams from each league are invited to Champions League • One-year league that follows same rules as the individual leagues • Managers in Champions League draft a new team – they do not bring their team from their individual league • Association President is commissioner of Champions League
