Dental Public Health Team Workplan • Designed for Smile (oral health plan) • Online QAS introduced Feb 09 • Ongoing PPV and ++ performance investigations • Development of draft dental Pandemic Flu plan in SE Wales • Development of local oral health strategy for Blaenau Gwent • Helping LHBs/NHS Trusts to develop CDS services in West Wales • Carrying out initial orthodontic needs assessment in MWW Providing support to WAG • Provision of dental advise to HIW re private dental regs • In conjunction with WOHIU – issues relating to new ADH survey

  5. Primary Medical Care Advisory Team • Work with Stop Smoking Wales • LocumPak/PrakPak • Welsh Backs • Business as usual

  6. Optometric Advisory Team • Notice given to stakeholders that the service will cease from 1st April 2009 • An options paper prepared and circulated to WAG/Stakeholders regarding a service from April
