  2. Senior Resources was designated an Area Agency on Aging in 1973& administers the federal Older Americans Act as well as the Older Michiganians Act forRegion 14: Oceana, Muskegon & Ottawa counties. We are 1 of 16 AAA’s in Michigan.

  10. BUDGET PROPOSAL All budget forms are available in an Excel file and can be loaded from web-site.

  11. Service Budget (Indirect vs Direct) Semi-direct costs? Staff may be both directly involved in the delivery of a service and have indirect tasks such as a manager. Their time & associated costs may be split between direct service and indirect costs based on a time-study or cost allocation plan. Indirect costs include the salaries and associated costs of staff not directly involved in the delivery of a service or there is no interaction with participants such as the CEO or accountant. Direct costs can be directly associated with providing service including salaries and associated costs of staff directly involved in the delivery of a service or who directly interact with participants, supplies needed to provide the service & delivery costs.

Deadline and Submission e option of a) submitting a scanned copy of the complete application ( DEADLINE: Must be received by Senior Resources no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019 SUBMISSION – there are 2 Options: Submit a scanned copy of the completed and signed application packet including application forms, program proposal & outcomes form, budget forms, and management attachments in PDF format file by email to: RFP@seniorresourceswmi.org. You should receive a dated autoreply after submission; Or Submit one complete unstapled application packet with original signatures in a folder (so that it can be scanned to a PDF sharable file) to: Senior Resources’ (located in the Tanglewood Park building), Attn: Chere Gardner, 560 Seminole Rd, Norton Shores, MI 49444.
