  2. 1. 내부정도관리 담당업무에 따라 기기 및 시약에 대한 정도 관리를 일정에 맞추어 실시한다.

  4. 2. 외부 정도 관리 현황 • 대한 임상검사 정도 관리 협회 • 임상미생물 분과 • 삼성 서울병원 미생물분과에서 주관,검체발송 • 검사종목 • Bacteriology 6 sample • 2 sample : 그람 염색, 세균동정, 항균제 감수성검사 • 4 sample : 세균동정 • 년 2회 신빙도 조사

  5. 3. 평가결과 • 1차 2006. 5. 12 6 sample = all accept (100%) • 2차 2006. 11.06 5 sample = all accept (100%) • 의뢰된 검체 6 sample 중 5 sample은 정도관리 결과에 항목에 포함되며 1 sample은 희망하는 기관만 결과를 회송함.

  12. 5. 평가 • 검사자간 평가 부족 • 충분한 기간 동안 적절한 sample 수집 • 외부정도관리 : 선택항목 실시 • 평가대상에 포함되지 않는 항목 중 본 검사실에서 동정하기 어려운 항목에 대해 검사를 실시하는 방법을 모색한다.
