  1. Portable License Utility • Standalone license use Portable License Utility(PLU) to transfer your license • Launch PLU from AutoCAD Program Group • Used to transfer the standalone license between machines • Steps: • Create list of computers • Export license from one machine • Import to a second machine Autodesk Standalone Licensing

  2. Step 1: Computer List • Add Target Machine to Source Computer List • Enter Computer Name • Computer Identification Code (CIC),you need install AutoCAD first in Target machine and run PLU to get CIC. Target Source Autodesk Standalone Licensing

  3. Step 2: Export • Export License from Source to Target • Use Transfer File Target Source Autodesk Standalone Licensing

  4. Step 2: Export • When Exporting ensure • Time & Date are similar between Target & Source • Ensure Target Computer name and CIC is correct before transfer Autodesk Standalone Licensing

  5. Step 3: Import • Import License on Target Machine • use PLU on Target computer to import license • select the file you exported from source Target Source Autodesk Standalone Licensing
