Ultimate Proposal Details Bremer Jewelry will create a touching moment that culminates in one lucky guy’s marriage proposal DURING the fireworks display at Unity Point Health Methodist Red White & Boom!Here are the details: Phase One: Contest Registration Announce promotion at News Conference on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. 4-week commercial campaign across all six JMP radio stations (April 28th thru May 25, 2014). Minimum 490 promotional announcements airing across WSWT, WXCL, WDQX, WMBD and WIRLradio stations promoting the contest registration. Facebook posts on JMP station pages promoting the contest registration. Phase Two: Contest Judging & Video Winner chosen from the entries of “why they should win the contest” by a panel of judges from Bremer Jewelry. Entries to be judged on thoroughness and skill of written entry. Xapsis Integrated Marketing Video Division will create video of winner shopping at Bremer Jewelry for the ring, interviews with winner and Bremer Jewelry representatives (video to be used for post event promotion through web and social media outlets). Bremer will provide the ring at no cost to winner (except tax obligation) and at no cost to JMP.
  3. Ultimate Proposal Details Phase Three: The Moment The proposal will be recorded in advance, aired during the fireworks display, and heard up and down the riverfronts and on radio all over! An estimated 200,000+ attend the event. JMP will provide a reserved table for 8 at the exclusive VIP Party in The Landings area for the future couple’s family and friends (2 VIP Parking Passes will also be included). Xapsis Online Video will be at the VIP Party to capture the proposal for post event promotional efforts. Interview with Bremer Jewelry representative after the completion of the fireworks display to recap the exciting proposal event! Phase Four: Post Promotion The video of the entire promotion will be shared on JMP station Facebook pages and provided to Bremer Jewelry for your own digital platforms.
  4. News Conference Details Scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 10:00am at The Gateway Building on the Peoria Riverfront. Introduces all aspects of Unity Point Health Methodist Red White and Boom and associated events including concerts and Stay-and-Play. Includes Bremer representative(s), Unity Point Health Methodist representatives, the mayors of Peoria and East Peoria, major sponsor representatives, JMP Integrated Media management, and of course… the media. Introduce the Ultimate Wedding Proposal contest details.

This is an extremely high-profile, sought-after position and a wonderful area from which to view the fireworks show! Your Bremer VIP Party includes: Elite outdoor entertaining and fireworks viewing. Private group catering with food, beer, wine and soft drinks. 10 VIP Party Tickets. 2 VIP Parking Passes.

Ultimate Proposal Sponsorship Commitment: $14,900 Your signature below indicates your acceptance of Sponsorship as outlined in this presentation from JMP Integrated Media, as well as JMP standard credit terms, and the following: In the event of unsafe weather conditions or unexpected event(s) which prevent the execution of the fireworks display on July 4, 2014, the fireworks display will be re-scheduled for July 5,2014 or next available date as determined by JMP and Melrose Pyrotechnics, Inc. This sponsorship commitment applies for any such re-schedule date as well as the original date, and this total cost is non-cancelable. JMP does not discriminate in the sale of advertising time, and will accept no advertising or sponsorship that is placed with intent to discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity. You hereby certify that you are not buying this sponsorship or the included airtime under for a discriminatory purpose, including but not limited to decisions not to place advertising on particular stations on the basis of race, national origin, or ancestry.
