Discharge Note. Note that the discharge note has 4 tabs.The Diagnoses tab is the same as the EVENTS LIST. If you keep up with the events list, your work is 80% done!Discharge plans can also be written well in advance.The General tab and Examination may be done 12-24 hrs prior to actual discharge.
