Placing a Standard One-time Order Online. Our new Shopping Cart allows you to create Standard One-Time Orders, as well as your Monthly LRP. To access the new Shopping Cart, log into your Virtual Office. Your Virtual Office will open to the “Shop” tab , listed near the top of the screen.

  1. Placing a Standard One-time OrderOnline

  2. Our new Shopping Cart allows you to create Standard One-Time Orders, as well as your Monthly LRP To access the new Shopping Cart, log into your Virtual Office Your Virtual Office will open to the “Shop” tab, listed near the top of the screen. In the Shop tab, you will see a link on the left side of the screenthat will allow you to access the new Shopping Cart.

  3. LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL ORDER? When you first login to the new Shopping Cart you will be asked to select your default of where you would like your products shipped. Choose the location for the current order you are making. Once logged in you can switch between Local and International so this can be changed from order to order. See image below.

  4. To start a Standard One-time Order, begin shopping using the ProductCategoriesnear the top of the screen. NOTE: Do not start by clicking anywhere in the Scheduled LRP Orders area. Doing so will link all your changes to your LRP and you will not be able to make it a Standard One-time Order.

  5. In each Product Category, there will be sub-categoriesthat help to divide the product up and make it easier to find. Simply click on a sub-category link to view items within that product line.

  6. You can change the quantityyou wish to purchase in the Quantity Box next to each item. Click the “Add to Cart” button beneath the item you wish to add to your order.

  7. The two most recently added items will appear in the “Recently Added” area of the Cart Summary To view your cart and/or process your order, click “Go to Cart”

  8. Note that the frequency of this order is set to “One Time”

  9. To continueto the next step, click on “Continue” To calculate total costs in theOrder Summary box click on “View Totals” This button calculates any orders with updated quantities and also adds in the Shipping Option cost.

  10. To change your Shipping Address (for sending a gift, sending a retail order to a retail customer, etc.)clickon the “Edit” linknext to your Ship To Information A new window will appear. • In this new “Edit Shipping Address” window, you can: • Add new addresses • Select previously used addresses • Edit previously used addresses • Remove old addresses

  11. To change your Billing Address(if you use a new card this will help prevent it from being declined)click on the “Edit” linknext to your Bill To Information A new window will appear. • In this new “Edit Billing Address” window, you can: • Add new addresses • Select previously used addresses • Edit previously used addresses • Remove old addresses

  12. To change your Payment information (when credit card is expired, or to use a different credit card on this order) click on the “Edit” linknext to your Payment Information A new window will appear. • In this new “Edit Payment Information” window, you can: • Add new payment types • Select previously used payment types • Edit previously used payment types • Remove old payment types

  13. To select where your Confirmation Email will be sent, click on the “Edit” button next to “Send Confirmation To” A new window will appear. In this new “Edit Email Address” box you can enter the email address that you wish this order’s Confirmation Email to be sent NOTE: This will NOT change the email address associated with your account.

  14. View yoursubtotal, shipping, tax, Total Amount Due, and Total PV Change your shipping option Click “Continue”to finalise and Review your Standard Order NOTE: You can still make changes to your order in the next window.

  15. Review your Standard One-time Order. • If you need to add more items simply click “Continue Shopping” • If you want to return to your cart to change any shipping or payment details click “Return to Cart”. • If everything looks OK, click on “Process Order Now.”

  16. Once you choose “Process Order Now” • Your credit card will be charged and your order will ship today. • Please Note: Orders must be placed before 11:00AM EST in order for it to ship today. • However, the date (and volume) for the order WILL be today – whether it ships today or tomorrow • Need help? • If you need assistance on your order you can call Member Services on (02) 8015 5080 • Our agents are on hand Tuesday – Friday 9AM to 6PM EST and Saturday 8AM – 2PM to assist you with all your questions.
