  3. Do your parents understand they can be an active partner, with the school, in your learning? How do your parents know they can be an active partner? Do your parents participate in a parent group on campus? (Boosters, PIQE, ELAC, etc.)

  4. Do you feel safe at PVHS? • Describe what makes you feel safe or unsafe on campus.

  5. Do you feel PVHS offers enough support services  (i.e. Guidance) for you to be successful at school? Explain your answer.
