  3. All About Me • My background • I grew up in Wagram and Fayetteville, North Carolina. • I attended Western Carolina University and Fayetteville State University. • My experience • This is my first year teaching. • I have had many opportunities in classrooms in a variety of grades.

  4. My Family • I have been married for 3 • years. • Currently no children. • Our pets • Dogs: Bubba and Diamond • Cat: Little bit

  5. My Goals as Your Teacher • To provide you with the knowledge to progress to 4th grade. • To make the classroom supportive and fun. • To help you discover new interest. • To help you make new friends. • To allow every student the possibility to be successful.

  6. Class Subjects • The subjects we cover during 3rd grade are: • Social Studies • Science • Reading/Writing • Math • Music and art

  7. Things to Bring on the First Day • Kleenex • Loose leaf paper • Pencils and pencil box • Paper • Erasers • 3 spiral notebooks (single subject) • 2 red pencils • 1 box of crayons
