  1. COUNTY LANDS Strategy 1 – Eminent Domain Avoidance 1. Successfully negotiate voluntary real estate acquisitions (non-Conservation 20/20) in excess of 50% of parcels for projects completed in fiscal year avoiding Eminent Domain. Strategy 2 – In-House Title Plant Effectiveness 2. Complete 95% of all title search requests received prior to June 30, 2011, by the end of fiscal year. Strategy 3 – Conservation 20/20 Program 3. In the unincorporated areas of the County, focus acquisition efforts on large stand alone preserves or lands contiguous to existing preserves. In incorporated areas give consideration to small or non-contiguous parcels that meet the objectives of sustainability & seek partnerships for management. GOAL: Provide high quality cost-effective Government Real Estate services for County business.
