  7. Amendments • Submitted letter to EC • Response from EC • Prepare answer Jan, Thanks for the material. My comments in the letter and in the justifications doc for extension. This point is the most important one and the project must make a convincing case that an extension will have been unavoidable. Do not send the request before we have finalised the documents. For the letter, I will submit the draft after our exchanges to the EC contract unit for any comment. Regards, Christophe
