  3. How it Works • Visit the Bus Safety & Security Excellence Awards page on APTA.com. • Review the Evaluation Criteria and Nomination Procedures pages as reference. • When ready, enter the Nomination Form page to enter basic information and submit your documents.

  4. Attach all relevant documents • Click on the “Attach File” link to add your documents. You will have to attach each file individually. • Once attached, the documents will show up under the Attachments heading at the bottom of the page. • Click on “Ok” to submit the nomination form with the attachments.

  5. Verify attachments Verify that each attachment was uploaded here before clicking “OK”.
