2. An Introduction to Zamil Village Zamil Residential Village is a western culture compound consisting of over 200 housing units - a mix of villas and one, two and three bedroom apartments. Lush green surroundings with round the clock security provide a scenic and safe environment. In addition Zamil Village continually strives to provide the “home away from home” experience. British management and the friendly and efficient employees ensure that maintenance, security and gardening are of an international standard. The Village is located a few minutes away from Dammam and Al Khobar main highway - two major cities in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The following pages will give you a brief look at what you can expect on arrival at the Village.

Accommodation To suite the requirement of each and every individual, a variety of accommodations are available at the village, ranging from double storied three bed room townhouses to single bed room apartments which are fully furnished and centrally air conditioned. Bedrooms have large built-in closets and kitchens are equipped with standard appliances and fitted with solid cabinets. The provided furniture comprises of all major items including sofa set, wall units, dining room set, beds, dressing tables and curtains.   In addition to that electricity, water supply and maintenance services are provided free of cost. House Pack The soft furnishings such as cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, television, bed & bath linen, etc. are provided on request for an additional cost.

4. Apartments in Zamil Village Each two bedroom apartment building has 9 apartments, over 3 floors. Each building is equipped with Central Air Conditioning and Heating System and tiled floors throughout consisting of : Entrance Area Living Room Area : Includes comfortable seating for 5/7 persons with coffee table, television cabinet and lamps. Kitchen and laundry : Includes ample storage cabinets, cooker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Dining Area : Includes table and chairs capable of seating 6 persons. Master Bedroom : Includes a King size bed, wardrobes, side table and lamps. Door into en suite bathroom which includes bath with overhead shower unit, toilet and washbasin. Bathroom : Includes shower cubicle, bathtub, toilet and washbasin. 2nd Bedroom : Includes a Queen size bed, wardrobes, night stands and lamps. Villas in Zamil Village The villas are semi-detached and each villa has got a central air conditioning and heating system and tiled floors throughout consisting of : GROUND FLOOR Entrance Lobby Small storage room and visitor toilet. Kitchen & laundry: Includes cooker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposer, washer/dryer and ample storage cabinets. Living Room Area : Includes comfortable seating for 5/7 persons with coffee table, television cabinet and lamps. Dining Area : Includes table and chairs capable of seating 8 persons.
