  2. Making a proposal This question has one option. You have decided to propose a law idea to your local congressman. You decide the law should require seatbelts on school buses to help keep kids safe.

  3. Congressman You are the congress man. Do you allow the idea to proceed? click 1 time for yes. Or, do you decide to get rid of it because you do not think it will pass? Raise hands for yes, or no. click 3 times for no.

  4. Committee You are now a committee member. Almost all bills die here, in your hands. Do you let it pass? If so, click 1 time. Or, will you, like most, dispose of the bill and end the journey there? If so, click 3 times.

  5. Congress Now, it is very unlikely you will pass as a law now. As a class, split the first 12 classmates into the house of represenatives. Others, are in the Senate. Vote. If yes, click 3 times. Or, do you end the bill’s journey when he has been coming real close to becoming a law? If so, click 4 times.
