  24. Rating of various aspects of museums, in-person and Web visits It is clear that museums are considered trusted sources, with ratings of trust very similar for both in-person and Web visits. Visitors were asked to rate various aspects of museums on a five-point scale with 1 representing the worst rating and 5 representing the best rating.
