  3. Different types of paintings: Modern paintings are different than older painting. Here are the differences. Modern day paintings have bright colors, more anime looking, abstract, and aren’t life-like. Old day paintings have different clothing, they are more detailed, are mainly darker colors, most are life-like, and they have more emotion. There are also royalty and war paintings. Royalty paintings are fancier, they are mainly kings and queens, are happy and uplifting, and the kings are usually in uniforms with metals. War paintings are usually sad and depressing, are mainly wives of soldiers, the soldiers or generals, and the generals are usually in drab uniforms with metals.

  4. Artists: Some modern day artists are Karel Appel, Joan Brown, Emily Carr, Stuart Davis, Paul Klee, David Park, Mark Rothko, Alton Tobey, and Larry Zox. Some older day artists are Piccaso, Leonardo Da Vinci, Anton Doll, Ben Marshall, Bacicco, Louis Apol, Marcus Stone, Philippe Parrot, Sir John Gilbert, and Tony Johannot.
