  1. Isac Schwarzbaum Former Athlete/ Track and Field, Judo and Boxing | Honorable Discharged Master Sergeant | Lead Student of Former South Korean Taekwon Do Coach Ko Eu Min

  2. At age 29, Isac Schwarzbaum earned the national Heavyweight title in Boxing. He was not done with his entrepreneurial spirit and started at age 35 to go into the Publishing business.

  3. Isac Schwarzbaum started further his sports career with boxing and finally decided at age 28 to build his own gym in Spain (at that time the very first American style gym) with weight room and boxing/martial arts area.

  4. At the age of 40, Isac Schwarzbaum found out about the beauties and opportunities of Costa Rica and ventured into the field of Real Estate and Investments.

  5. Isac Schwarzbaum became the founder of a French American Lifestyle magazine in Miami/Florida. His publishing business received several awards and citations for the exceptional work to serve Florida's community and beyond.

  6. Isac Schwarzbaum has remained quite active Investments until today. He has a great number of clients and he has great understanding of real estate and this has allowed him to have a great network.
