Sell new maintence (Basic / Essential) • Version Upgrade: • Available to customers whose maintenance contract has expired over 60 days before • Competitive Upgrade: • Any customer using competitive vendor AV product.

Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0Small Business Edition • Free of Charge Upgrade: • Available to customers with valid maintenance contracts (upgrade notification ID) • Maintenance renewal: • Customers whose maintenance is about to expire within 60 days renewal period. Sell new maintence (Basic / Essential) • Version Upgrade: • Available to customers whose maintenance contract has expired over 60 days before • Crossgrade (XGRD) • Available to customers who uses either SEP 11.0 or Symantec Mail Security for Exchange

Sell new maintence (Basic / Essential) • Crossgrade (XGRD) • Available to customers who uses either SEP 11.0 or any Symantec Mail Security • Competitive Upgrade: • Any customer using competitive vendor AV product.
