  2. When do I submit a UOF application? Activity taking place outside of normal school day School day activity involving multiple external attendees (i.e. Turkey trot, Laps for Learning) Staff wellness activities Sports activities taking place outside of season Fundraising activities/events

  3. Submit at least two weeks prior to activity/event

  4. Single Day Event

  5. Recurring Events

  6. No Additional Services Required

  7. Important!! Various windows open in response to “Yes” answers

  8. Submit!

  9. Immediate Confirmationof Submission

  10. UOF Applicant email receipt

  11. You’ve Got Mail!

  12. UOF Procedure Updates • Security Procedures Doors Remain Locked User group must monitor door Know your area – emergency exits, AED • Service Animals Only unless curriculum related
