This paper discusses the fabrication and characterization of single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) thin-film resistors using layer-by-layer self-assembly techniques on plastic substrates. The properties of these SWNT films are thoroughly explored, showcasing their potential applications in MEMS/NEMS devices such as pressure sensors and accelerometers. Detailed experiments demonstrate the electrical performance and mechanical deformation sensitivity of the resistors, contributing valuable insights into the integration of nanomaterials for flexible electronics.
