  3. MINERVA ….excellence, ecstasy and Beyond The role of science in the history of humanity would always be unparalleled, unrivalled and indispensable. Any effort to put to words, its importance in our lives is a futile task, without exception. So let's not dig into the definitions of science and technology and just celebrate its glory and grandeur. If the Ancient Greeks organized Olympics as a celebration of human body, RAYAT-BAHRA organizes MINERVA ….excellence, ecstasy and Beyond (Tech-fest) as a celebration of human mind, scientific genius and a horizon of different culture. MINERVA, the Annual National Science and Technology Festival of RIEIT, Railmajra is proud to bring to you its another revolutionary edition. From nerve cracking Competitions to Lectures by noted luminaries, from incredible Workshops to Entertainment hubs, MINERVA 2010 will have everything to conquer your imagination. It will be an excellent opportunity for the new generation of technocrats to exchange their concepts, views, knowledge and ideas and also showcase their talent through various technical as well as cultural events. With a plethora of events and activities, MINERVA offered a unique platform to young technocrats to test their techno-cultural skills. MINERVA 2009 carried the message of “Global opportunities and challenges of Technical Students" and ended on a hopeful note with thousands of students joining us in the Endeavour. We thank all the individuals and organizations involved in making it a grand success. A trademark of every Tech-fest is its versatility and on this count MINERVA 2010 will be no different with a number of surprises in store for visitors and participants alike, also promises to carry the legacy handed over the long span of time and bring you a bigger and a better Tech-fest.
