Complete Project Assessment (Visit Project Site) • Email “Project Description” in Application to DGSC for Review • Project Approved to proceed with planning-DGSC
Submit Project to Club’s Board for Approval • DGSC approves transfer-Clubs can solicit DDF • Select Club Project Committee (3 Rotarians)
Host & International Partner Clubs-Set Dates-Project Timeline • Project Letter’s-List Club’s Project Responsibilities • Cooperating Organization? (Letter of Participation)
