Denmark People from Denmark called Dane or Danish Borders Germany Greenland is a province Salmon, cod, and herring are staples Eel common Very green terrain – raise cattle and hogs Carrots, potatoes, cabbage, and kale common –served glazed or creamed Smorrebrod – open faced sandwich, usually whole wheat or rye bread with other toppings
