  1. Human Capital Management Employee Training

  2. Objectives • Use the new time tracking program to: • Log in • Set up security questions • Enter time correctly • Request annual and sick leave • Access annual and sick leave balances and pay stubs

  3. Log-In Procedures • Log in at: www.citizensfla.com/timesheet • Enter your user name and password • User Name: First initial plus last name Example: John Doe → jdoe • Default Password: Date of Birth Example: 10/14/1981 → 10141981

  4. Security Questions • The first time you log on, a pop up box will appear and ask you to set up two security questions. • Choose answers you’ll remember! • These are used later for others security purposess.

  5. Password Features • If you have forgotten your password, there is a link on the timesheet homepage. • Click the link and enter your User Name. A temporary password will be sent to your e-mail.

  6. Weekly Submission Process • Once logged in, ensure you are on the correct week and select the Time Type and Project Code from the drop-down menus. • Enter the time allocated for each project and click “Submit for Approval” for your supervisor to review and approve. • The next screen shows you examples of time codes.

  7. Project Codes • The following are examples of “Client” Project Codes • PLA - Personal Residential Multi-Peril (PR-M) • COASTAL - Personal Residential Wind-Only (ePAS PR-W) • COASTAL - Personal Residential Multi-Peril (PR-M) • COASTAL - Commercial Residential Wind-Only (CR-W) • COASTAL - Commercial Residential Multi-Peril (CR-M) • CLA - Commercial Residential Multi-Peril (CR-M) • CLA - Commercial Non-Residential Multi-Peril (CNR-M)

  8. Requesting Time Off • The request time off, click the appropriate day and select the times to be off. • Your manager will be notified, and you will receive the approval or denial via e-mail.

  9. Summary of Employee Time • Once you have logged on, you can see your Leave Balance by clicking the link, “Check Leave Balance”.

  10. Automated Pay Stubs You can also view past pay stubs. Click the “View Pay Stubs” link, and then select the pay period you want to see.
