TAX NMS & CCR • The critical performance Parameters like CCR , outage & congestion in TAX routes are monitored by Corporate office through reports generated by NMS server. • TAX CCR Target set by the Corporate office is 56% for 2012-13 • SSA Heads may monitor the reports generated from TAX NMS on daily basis and initiate suitable actions thro’ TAX in-charges to improve the CCR. • NMS circle-wise CCR report for Northern Zone from 01st Jul. to 10th Jul. ‘12. 9

Duplex working of CDOT IOPs • IOPs must be in duplex mode for uninterrupted CDR collection • Missing CDR files in CDOT exchanges are neither available in CES nor in IOPs in case both IOPs are down • IOP functioning status can be obtained from CDR Mediation http://10.202.215.24:8081/nmediation/) by SSA CDR Co-ordinator. SSA Heads may monitor this on daily basis. • Spare IOPs must be kept available for immediate replacement. • Spare IOPs available in SSAs due to SBM to RSU conversion. 22

  45. Regulatory Issues related to IOBAS & POIs Details of TGPs created in the exchange should be entered in the IOBAS portal on the same day of creation. It should be taken care of specially at the time of conversion of main exchanges into RSUs CDRAS call duration/ MCUs should be entered in IOBAS portal by POI in-charges by 2nd of every month. Reqd. for auditing IUC billing done by DC Chandigarh Removal of CDR errors by POI in-charges 47
