  1. ENTERING GRADES GETTING INTO THE INTRATNET AND FACULTY SELF SERVE

  2. Things to remember • Click only once or you will get a tip error and have to start from the beginning. Use TAB key to move your cursor. • Your SS# entered as your login will get you your CWID#. • Click only ONCE. • The system closes at 10 P.M and opens at 8:00 A.M. each week day. Weekends it opens later. • Give only an A, B, C, D, F or FN for final grades. • If you give an FN you must put the last day of attendance for the student. FN is only for students, who have quite attending since the last day to drop a student. • In order to print your roster go to file in the left corner and open that window and click on print. • Instructors giving an “I” must have a copy of attached to graded roster.

  3. Go to the Delgado web page www.dcc.edu

  4. Click on Faculty & Staff on the left and the login instructions will appear. You must have a Delgado E-Mail address (user address) & Password to enter the intranet.

  5. Your user name is your first initial and five letters of your last name. Your password is issued by OIT – 671-5500.

  6. Click on Faculty Self Serve

  7. Click once on Enter Faculty Services. If you click more than once in this system you will get an error message and start all over again from the DCC web page.

  8. You can enter your SS# and your Pin is the last six digits of your SS# (unless you change it, Please don’t). When you click once your College wide Identification Number will appear.

  9. To grade your students click grade course(s).

  10. The click once to select the correct semester on the pull down menu.

  11. Read the instruction for midterm/final grading. Use the tab key to move from one student to another. When finished click once on submit. If you have more than 25 students you will have to go to the second page at the bottom.

  13. Student Email address &College Wide Identification Numbers(CWID) • Adjunct instructors sometimes have things occur where they need to be absent from class at the last minute. Please notify the Division Office and send an Email to your students. • In order to drop a student for poor attendance you must use the student’s CWID. To obtain this number, or other information on the student such as their telephone number, address, personal Email address click on the student’s name and a drop down menu with this information will appear.
