  3. How do you analyze a functional document? • Analyze – Look carefully at the document and take it apart piece by piece by looking at the following: - Structure • Sequence • Format

  4. Step 1: Structure iPod Instructions I. Step One Download the map file and save the file somewhere where you can find it and access it. II. Step Two Open the “.zip” file. Use WinZip for the PC or Stuff-It Expander for Mac. If you don’t have WinZip for the PC or Stuff-It Expander for Mac. Download: III. Step Three Make sure your iPod connected, open up iTunes. *If you don’t have iTunes please get it. Once you’ve got iTunes open: IV.   5. Step 2: Sequence How to Play Bingo 1. Take a bingo card from the host and have a seat. 2. Cover the "Free" space in the center of your card with a marker. 3. Listen as the host calls out a letter and number such as "B-3." 4. Place markers over the letter and number combinations that appear on your card. 5. Yell out "BINGO!" as soon as you cover the numbers in a winning pattern - usually a straight line going horizontally, vertically or diagonally. 6.   7. What is the purpose of a workplace document? • To be easy to follow and understand • To list directions is an order they can be carried out • Label graphics (pictures) and put them next to the text they are about • Use numbers or bullet points to make directions easier to read and follow
