Even with all the motivation around us, we keep pushing back our social relationships in our priority lists. In the rat race of running towards our goals, we are neglecting our loved ones that are concerned about us. But when we overlook these relations, we also end up disregarding our health. No depression. When you are surrounded by people and have someone to talk to every time, there are lesser chances of you falling in distress. Depression is an accumulated feeling of sadness and disinterest in life. But when you have friends or family around you that help you share your emotions, you are at lesser risk of being in despair. Decrease in anxiety. Anxiety is the uneasiness or nervousness that you have in several situations with an uncertain outcome. But talking to your loved ones about it makes you more confident about what you do and therefore helps decrease the anxiety.
