In Mr. Cory Gold's session on improving school climate, we delve into the dynamics that affect both adults and children within educational environments. This session explores the impact of negative and positive behaviors, supported by research on stressors and behavioral cycles. Participants will brainstorm effective strategies to reduce behavioral infractions and enhance social skills. By emphasizing proactive teaching, clear communication of rules, and tailored lesson plans for life skills, we aim to foster a supportive environment that prioritizes student well-being and academic success. ###
