Passport to Leadership A series of educational and developmental workshops that trains CSU Dominguez Hills students to become campus leaders and effective agents within their community. Clubs & Organizations Students have over 70+ student clubs and organizations to choose from. Greek Life Go Greek! Joining a Greek organization is an excellent way to meet people, get acclimated to campus life, gain important leadership skills, have fun, and establish life-long friendships. Volunteer Opportunities Students are needed to assist with implementing campus-wide such as Welcome Week, New Student Orientations, Unity Fest, and Commencement. Service Learning Internships and Civic Engagement (SLICE) Students who work with SLICE are provided with various community engagement opportunities. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRST-TIME FRESHMEN CSUDH IS NOT AN IMPACTED CAMPUS Admissions TimeLine October 1-November 30 Priority application filing period February 15 Missing application documents deadline May 1 Deadline line to submit Intent to Enroll at My.CSUDH.EDU Enrollment deposit is not required May 2 Deadline to take the EPT/ELM test May 15 Deadline to submit additional financial aid documents July 15 Deadline to submit official high school transcript showing date of graduation All admission deadlines must be met in order to remain eligible for enrollment. • Requirements at a Glance • To qualify for admission to CSUDH, a first-time freshman must: • Be a high school graduate • Have a qualifiable eligibility index • Have completed with grades of "C" or better each of the courses in the comprehensive pattern of college preparatory subject requirements. All official college transcripts through spring are due All admission deadlines must be met in order to remain eligible for enrollment. • Requirements at a Glance • Have completed 60 transferable semester units (90 quarter units) • Have completed at least 30 semester (45 quarter) units of general education courses, graded C or better in each course including the “The Golden Four: • One Written Communication course • One Oral Communication • One Critical Thinking/Logic course • One Mathematics/quantitative reasoning with intermediate algebraas prerequisite. • Have a grade point average of 2.00 or better in all transferable college units attempted • Be in good standing at the last college or university attended (i.e. eligible to re–enroll at that college or university). • *BSN applicants refer to www.csudh.edu/cps/son/bsn/ for additional admission criteria. www.csudh.edu/admissions
