  1. Is Your Child is Ready for Preschool? Starting a preschool is a big step to take. A new phase in a toddler's life starts for development in different aspects of life which will result in the long run. When a 3-year-old starts a preschool, he is no longer a toddler instead they turn to be big ones. It is possible that a toddler might have attended a toddler's program but attending preschool classes is the whole other bag. Some of the students adjust and involve very easily but a few take their own time and finds it difficult to adjust with new people around them. There could be a mix of feelings of excitement or anxiety at the same time. Basically, some children are ready to attend the classes and some need more time. And it is required to check the mind-set of the children by observing and understanding different activities of the children by engaging him in the active fun-filled activities along with focus-driven activities. Here are some of the points to observe whether a child is ready or not? 1. Explore the behaviour of the children by sharing the idea of attending classes in preschool. 2. Check on the self-help skills of the children. 3. Check if the student follows the instructions or not. 4. Observe the behaviour of the child by leaving the child alone for some-time. 5. Understand how the child connects with other kids and adults. Some children are ready to attend the classes and some need more time. The phase of Preschool is to learn the skills and grow. Preschools in Manhattan Beach understand the necessity of the delicate phase and helps in providing confidence-building experience with the preparation.
