RMS 2008 Goals • Texas SET Working Group • Automate the process for end of term POLR to POLR transition – 2 year term ends 12/31/2008 • Add Change Control management functionality to ERCOT.com webpage similar to Texas SET’s Issues page on the same website. • Improve usability of transaction examples • Monitor PUCT activities for market change requirements • Support requirements definition to support Demand Response and Distributed Generation

  2. RMS 2008 Goals • Market Metrics Working Group • Design Performance Measures reporting template to support Project 33049 • Monitor Performance Statistics • Project 33049, Performance Measures Rulemaking • MarkeTrak • Inadvertent Gain

  3. RMS 2008 Goals • TX Data Transport Working Group • Monitor ERCOT system outage evaluation, resolution and communications inclusive of service degradation issues. Update SLA as needed. • Assess success of Ph 1 and 2 of SCR745 to determine if further actions are necessary • Support ERCOT’s full implementation of SCR748 web based outage notification • Represent TX Deregulated market to NAESB

RMS 2008 Goals • Texas Test Plan Team • Design Flight Plan for 2009 • Develop and modify scripts for the approved Flights as required • Develop testing scripts and testing procedures for MarkeTrak Phase II • Continue to enhance Retail Testing Website to support market testing • Maintain content within TMTP, TTPT Procedures and Protocol updates

  5. RMS 2008 Goals • RMS Task Force Activity for 2008: • MarkeTrak Ph 2 Task Force • Complete and implement MarkeTrak Ph 2 by 11/08 • Inadvertent Gain Task Force • Complete and implement Inadvertent Gain training
