Multi-level, Multi-dimensional Evaluation Model • While traditional evaluations measure outcomes in terms of a decrease in the target problem, CERD evaluates deep learning and skill development, factors that lead to client success following program completion. • To evaluate these factors, CERD has developed an evaluation model that investigates 9 interacting factors, to better understand the complex relationships between programs, employees, clients.
