General Information • To optimize and achieve the 2G OSS performance target in 3 pilot clusters within 2 months for Aktel Bangladesh • The selected pilot clusters are from 3 different vendors (non NSN equipments), and are from totally separate regions (in Chittagong City) • The Site & BTS counts for each pilot cluster is given in table below: • The border for each pilot cluster are given in subsequent sizes • The OSS system is centralized in Dhaka

Scopes Requirements • To provide the measurement tools and resources for the optimization services • The main task include: • Liaise with the customer team to acquire the network data like OSS performance statistic, parameters data etc which require for the optimization activities • Monitor and analyze the OSS static data • Perform the drive testing for the clusters • Analyzing and Reporting • Ultimately to achieve the require KPIs target in each pilot cluster

  8. Assumption on this case • Customer will provide the following technical team : • Configuration team (RNC and NOC engineers). This team to execute day to day parameter changing. • OSS team to collect data and provide data statistics and parameters dumps.
