  2. EMBARGO • Retención sobre las remuneraciones que surge de una orden judicial . • Empleador debe retener y depositar en la cuenta bancaria que determine la sentencia judicial a favor de la causa que lo origina

  3. EMBARGO • Art 133 L C T • El salario puede sufrir retenciones-deducciones-compensaciones hasta el 20 % del total de remuneraciones • Art 2 Dec 484/87 • La retención por embargo no cuenta para el límite mencionado .

  6. Tipos de embargo 1) Por deudas comunes Deudas comerciales impagas por el trabajador ( sujetas a límites ) 2) Por deudas alimentarias y litis y expensas

  7. Alimentos y litis expensas • Embargo procede en forma independiente y según lo determinado por el Juez de la causa.

  8. Embargo a un trabajador jornalizado que percibe sus remuneraciones en forma quincenal . • Se debe practicar el embargo del porcentaje que establece el Juez en cada una de las quincenas, haciendo el depósito a fin de mes .
