This project outlines a structured approach divided into five phases, aiming to improve the coordination and effectiveness of placement procedures among partner institutions. The first phase focuses on collecting data on the current legislative and practical environment, leading to a synthesis report by April 2003. Subsequent phases involve analysis, procedure development, and rigorous testing of tools across various partner countries, culminating in a user guide by December 2003. Ongoing dissemination will further ensure engagement and awareness through multiple communication channels.
