  4. DIVISION DEL TRABAJO QUE ES DIVISION DE TRABAJO? • Descomponer una tarea compleja en sus componentes. VENTAJAS • La productividad total se multiplica en forma geométrica. • Fomenta la especialización. DESVENTAJAS • Enajenación • Aburrimiento

  8. Conclusiones • En un proyecto administrativo para un proyecto de software es importante la organización, ya que sin ella no podría llevarse a cabo el mismo. Para ello, existen 4 pasos: El primero, llamado división del trabajo, se encarga de distribuir en áreas mas pequeñas el proyecto, y es donde ocurre la departamentalización. Así mismo y en consecuencia dándose la departamentalización se da la jerarquía, porque se tiene que saber quien manda a quien, al mismo tiempo quien dará indicaciones. En el proceso del desarrollo, ya realizándose los 3 pasos anteriores viene lo que es la coordinación, la cual consiste en integrar lo anterior a una sola, llevándose a cabo una buena comunicación para que el proyecto salga con éxito.
