On December 1, 2013, Chaparral High's Theater Department celebrated major achievements, including a Gold honor troupe distinction. Students excelled in various categories: Ruthie Byrnes in costume design, Sarah Wax in solo musical, and Taylor Barbera in lighting design, among others. The International Club invites everyone to a meeting on December 3 at 2:30 PM to hear from an exchange student about Denmark and learn about their EYEglass drive. Join the Art Club Toy Drive by donating a new toy by December 11 to support needy children.
