  3. Deliverables Year one: • D1.1 Mid-term Report (TESEO – Month 12) Year two : • D1.2 Final Reports including Final Management Report. (TESEO – Month 27, draft submitted M26) • D1.3 Impact Assessment Report (INA – Month 27 draft submitted M26)

  4. Work achieved in Year 2, I Overall project coordination : • Communication and meetings • Partners meetings (Mar. & Jun. 2011, Mar. 2012) • Regular conference calls – group and bilateral • Monitored project progress and respect of schedules • Intense use of ‘phone and email with all partners for the development of their WP tasks • Achieved project objectives within the DoW and Project Consortium Agreement

  5. Work achieved in Year 2, II Project liaison with the EC and reporting • Regular exchange of email, telephone calls and meetings with European Commission Project Officers • For both YMIR-specific and AVY activities • Reporting has assured that: • All foreseen activities have been carried out • Financial requirements have been met Impact Assessment • Activity put under responsibility of YMIR partner INA
