  11. Ballot Review Results • Approved– No changes necessary. The ballot item will be forwarded to the NBIMS PC as-is • Approved as Noted – Minor changes have been agreed upon by the Workgroup and the author. The ballot item will be forwarded to the NBIMS PC with approved revisions incorporated in the ballot Item Submittal. Minor changes will be documented by the Workgroup on the portal and in the Workgroup Review Sheet of the Ballot Submittal Form. • Revise/Resubmit -  Errors or omissions are substantial. The author needs to revise the ballot item and resubmit it. A list of errors or omissions, with recommended changes, will be provided to the author by the Workgroup. • Rejected– The ballot item is not in the best interest of the NBIMS. Rejected ballot items can be resubmitted by petition to the NBIMS Planning Committee for consideration. National Institute of Building Sciences - August 1_, 2011

Ballot Review Results • Workgroup Recommendations: • 23 Submission are “Approved” or “Approved as Noted” • 3 Submissions have been merged into one and “Approved as Noted” • 5 Submissions are “Revise/Resubmit” with the recommendation to either resubmit for V3 cycle (2012) or resubmit as a “Blue Sky” • 2 Submissions have been withdrawn by the authors of the submissions and resubmitted as “Blue Sky” • 1 Submission has been “Withdrawn” by its author • 1 Submission is “Rejected” National Institute of Building Sciences - August 1_, 2011
