  1. First Baptist Church of Smoky Lake75th Anniversary Celebration Thank you to Stella Kapitaniuk for sharing these priceless photographs with us.

  2. Slavic Gospel Association missionaries, Lucille & John Kusherik, who came to Smoky Lake and planted the ‘original’ church.

  4. A group of men and visiting Pastor praying over Bill Denko, the 2nd pastor of the church.

  5. Stella’s Mother, Katie Jarema, with Bible in hand. She was one of the first members of the new church.

  6. December, 1959, Grace Jarema (Deverian) and father. The wedding was held in the new church.

  7. Work had begun on the building we now occupy. Volunteers came from miles around to help with the construction.

  8. With snow on the ground, the walls are going up on the new church building.
