  2. TAC Voting Items • NPRR 340, Duration Limited Resources • TAC referred this item to WMS for discussion of energy settlement • This issue was discussed at length, but no motion was made. • WMS members discussed concerns over load zone settlement when charging • WMS members discussed concerns over why regulation and energy could not be provided in the same hour. • SCR 766, Load Zone and Hub Prices Distributed via ICCP • This SCR will distribute pricing information in more ways • Day Ahead Market Collateral Parameters • This revision to the “e-factors” document allows ERCOT greater flexibility in setting pre-DAM collateral requirements

  3. Non-Voting Items Holistic Approach WMS has tabled a motion to set shadow price caps based on the ERCOT/Luminant approach, but with a price floor of $2,000. The motion to table was to allow additional discussion and consideration of the approach. WMS will continue discussion at its next meeting. Thermal Constraint into the Valley At the CWMG, stakeholders and ERCOT staff have discussed how ERCOT chooses to use the thermal import constraint or the stability limit constraint.
