Daily Defensive Drills

Enhance your basketball team's defensive skills with these structured drills designed by Brent Chitty at Columbus East High School. This comprehensive program includes one-on-one challenges focusing on forcing opponents to their off hand, as well as 3-on-3 and 4-on-4 scenarios that emphasize help defense, closeouts, and communication in screen situations. These drills are tailored to develop fundamental defensive techniques and strengthen teamwork, making them perfect for both practice sessions and game preparation.
