  5. $150,000 Challenge – Digital Equipment $30,000 Down payment by deeding Eagle Theater to City (only restriction – not to be used as a movie theater) $120,000 Loan from City’s Tax Increment Financing (TIF) • 4% • 10 Year • Secured by 1st Position Lien on Crescent Theater

Eagle Renovation • Made immediate repairs: • New Roof • Asbestos removal • Gutted interior • Insulated ceiling and walls • Requested proposals for redevelopment • Only proposal was from the Vermillion Players • City Council approved study & feasibility with VP • Feasibility study presented to City Council & approved • Presently in final design stages
